In accordance with RERA Circular No. (8) of 2023, on the Obligation to Install Air Conditioning Reading Meters (BTU METER), to implement initiatives to provide and regulate energy, raise the quality of services in joint ownership properties, contribute to the sustainability of projects and promote environmental sustainability.

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the provision of BTU Meter Installation.

Note: This BTU Meter Installation has been included in the service charge one-time payment of AED 1,575.

As part of this transition, ISTA will be installing BTU meters, which are essential for accurately measuring and managing chilled water actual usage. Installation is scheduled to take place as per the following:

START DATE: May 5, 2025

ESTIMATED END DATE: September 30, 2025

BILLING START DATE: January 1, 2026

During this period, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as the Contractor will be working in front of the door of your apartment.

We will keep you updated on the registration procedures and any further developments regarding this important matter. Your cooperation and understanding during this transition period are greatly appreciated.
