We would like to inform you that the Mazaya service road is temporarily closed by DEWA/RTA due to a water leakage from the DEWA main pipeline. 

DEWA/RTA personnel are currently on-site to address the issue, and the rectification work is expected to take approximately 72 hours. Following this, road repair work will commence. We will keep you updated with further information as soon as we receive confirmation from the authorities.

Rest assured, the Building FM team, Security team, and SAGA Management team are closely monitoring the situation to ensure a swift resolution.

Pesticide Name:  K-Othrin, Cymina Plus, Maxforce Prime Gel, Protect Blocks (Bromadiolone), IC3 (outdoor)

Caution: No one is allowed to stay nearby the treated areas (All Common Areas including Garbage Chute Rooms, Management Offices, Reception, Main Garbage Rooms etc..), especially children, pregnant women, and pets during and 3 hours after the Treatment.
